MEET THE TEAM
I began working at The Treatment Rooms running 'front of house' in 2014. After many years in retail and management, a little Saturday job to escape from the children and being on hand as the salon guinea pig whenever needed to help train new therapists or trial new treatments. As Hayley, the owner began HiBrow Cosmetic Clinic, my job role progressed and expanded into the day-to-day running of the business, marketing, recruiting staff, ordering stock etc. In 2018, I took over as owner of The Treatment Rooms. I have always loved beauty but in recent years I have become really interested in holistic treatments and well-being - this was the direction that I wanted to take The Treatment Rooms in - focus on the whole well-being, mind, body and beauty of our clients.
Being from a customer service background, I am always looking at how we can make the best environment for the client. I am passionate about the little touches and the attention to detail that are unique to The Treatment Rooms. I want every client to feel they have had a spa experience whether they have been just for an eyebrow shape or one of our indulgent massage treatments.
When I'm not working I love to escape to the countryside or Peak District with the kids. A good early morning hike and then home for a Sunday Lunch is my absolute favourite. I love cooking a leg of lamb and sharing a bottle of red (with the lamb!)
I've worked within the beauty industry for 9 years now - I've worked in sunny Gran Canaria in the city of Las Palmas in a thaassotherapy spa, right on the beach - at Champneys and salon in the Midlands before coming to The Treatment Rooms as a Senior Therapist. I am passionate about skincare and specialise in facials, microneedling and brows and lashes. I love the before and after of making my clients feel amazing. Seeing someone uplifted is definitely my focus. I would like to continue my career in the cosmetic facials and semi-permanent make up route as this is something that really interests me.
In my spare time I like going out for food with friends, spending time with my French bulldog, Henry. Dogs are life! I love to experiment with my hair too and recreate different looks! My favourite drink is unicorn gin with a berry mixer, mainly beause it's all sparkly!
Currently on maternity leave.
Grace started at The Treatment Rooms as a junior therapist in 2017 as she finished her NVQ 3 in beauty. Grace quickly became a popular and in-demand therapist with her caring nature and kind approach to clients. (Also for her random tales and adventures!)
Grace has continued her career progression by training in classic and hybrid lashes and also dermaplaning advanced facials.
We very much look forward to Grace re-joining the team later in the year.
Beauty and Massage Therapist
I have worked in salons since I was 15years old and worked as a Saturday girl while I was still at school. My first proper job after work experience was in a beauty salon and then a waxing studio at my first year of college. I am now a fully qualified therapist in level 2 & 3 beauty and have completed extra courses in eyelash classic and hybrid extensions. I love holistic and massage treatments and facials. I love the feeling of when my client is completely relaxed and creating that sense of calm and relation for them.
In my spare time I love being with friends and family, I am also a huge foodie and like to spend a Sunday baking treats or finding new places to eat. My favourite drink is a Pink G and T after a busy Saturday at work.
I always knew I wanted to go into beauty since I did work experience from school and had a part time job at a tanning salon. I trained in manicures and pedicures separately and joined the Treatment Rooms and will be starting my apprenticeship to study my level 2 & 3 in beauty, facials, waxing and massage. I am really excited to learn about all the other treatments.
When I am out of the salon I like to spend time with my friends and family and visit different places with them.
