How does it work?
Our memberships are designed to give you one carefully selected treatment each month — whether that’s for your skin, body, or deeper restorative care.
When you join, you’ll be charged one month’s membership fee upfront, which will be held as your final month’s payment. After that, a recurring monthly Direct Debit will continue for 11 months.
Memberships are designed to be used over a 12-month period. After this time, you’ll have the option to continue on a rolling monthly contract with complete flexibility.
On the 1st of each month, your account will be credited with your selected treatment — plus any quarterly bonus treatments included in your plan. You’re free to book your appointment at your convenience, or use the credit towards any qualifying pre-booked visits.

The Small Print
Memberships are based on a 12-month contract. Should your circumstances change and you need to cancel early, we require one month’s written notice. Please note, your initial payment (final month’s fee) is non-refundable and will be retained as your cancellation fee.
